Holy smokes! Vargus/McBain have got a free book comin’ at ya, and we’ve got definitive, breaking news about Violet Darger. (More on that in a second.)
First, let’s get this big stonker out of the way:
Love Her Darkly (Shadows of Love 1) is free today worldwide.
Grab it! Grab it! Grab it before it shakes loose and skitters up under the couch again:
Second, some news on the future of the Violet Darger series. The wait has been long and painful. Some of the emails we get about this are basically like, “If there’s not going to be anymore Darger can you just tell me to put me out of my misery of checking all the time?”
Well, guess what? We’re putting you IN MISERY, bud. (On brand.) There are going to be a minimum of 3 Violet Darger books in 2027 (two novels and a novella). Boom!
To be honest, we’re working hard enough (Lex mostly) that there could be more Dargers than that. She always tells me not to overpromise in these emails, but I’m going to GUARANTEE 5 Darger books in 2027. Or four. Or definitely at least the three I already mentioned.
Anyway, that’s all for now. We’ll have more details to share in the days to come, so keep an eye out.
